Fantastic front office staff and great customer service

Set on the Basque Coast, this hotel is set just off the beach. It provides individually decorated rooms, some of them with a balcony overlooking the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

It was my third stay in the hotel! Everything was great!
