I don’t often give reviews but this staff was exceptional! They went out of their way to make sure they took care of your every need. The baths were an unexpected treat. If you stay here make sure to bring your bathing suits and book times before your arrival. Massages are very reasonably priced. The location is down hill from the center of Toledo but with reasonable walking capability it does not present a challenge.

The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, as described. It has fantastic views of the city and particularly the cathedral (illuminated at night) with windows in each room, which made it very luminous. Besides a terrace, it has a very cute private balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Loved it!

Close to the cathedral and to the downtown streets with tourist shops and restaurants. Big rooms and bathrooms. Quality shower gel and shampoo in the shower. The only one person from our group, who smoked he was happy to have a small smoking area in the courtyard where he could have a smoke.

The pool was closed during our stay, as it was out of season but I would like to come back and make use of it in the summer! The staff were helpful and friendly, even in the dining room when a child broke a glass. It was immediately tidied up with a smile and a "No problem at all!". It was also a short walk from the centre and I would definitely recommend.
