Very friendly and helpful staff. Martin welcomed us very well and gave lots of information on what there was to see and do around Puerto Natales. He also made the best calafate sours for our evening drink. Fabulous views from the lounge area and from the bedrooms. Tasty breakfast was provided. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Puerto Natales.
