Literally a few steps ( same floor ) from the pool where the sun rises earlier. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. If someone likes nightlife - a taxi costs 5 euros one way. Unless you have a non-drinking driver :-)))) Very nice and helpful owner.

Communication with Andrew was excellent. He was very helpful very quickly. The apartment's situation within the Hovima Santa Maria hotel complex was a plus. The view across the swimming pool from the balcony was supplemented by a nice view out to sea. Consequently we enjoyed sitting on the sizeable balcony.

The beds were excellent, so comfortable. We got an apartment with an ocean view and it was awesome, it was located just above the restaurant, and we had a pool view as well. The apartment is big and modern and very clean. We booked half board meal plan and enjoyed the food at Zachary's. The food was generally good, breakfast buffet and then dinner was ordered from a menu (two items included, main and either desert or appetizer) Drinks are not included but reasonably priced. We had a rental car, so the location of the hotel in the hills did not trouble us and there is a parking space for guests which is really convenient. We will definitely book this hotel again.

We usually go every February for a month, and it never fails to satisfy, lovely outdoor pool. So clean everywhere. you can have and apartment or an apartment which is like being at home, Tenerife itself is lovely with great walks. We stayed in Adelje and used local buses, but we walked most of the time. Los Christianos has a lovely beach with sunbeds. Every where is easy to go to . We will be back.

- very friendly and helpful staff - the apartment was cozy, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped (it even had an iron and ironing table) - beautiful pool - good value for money - close to the beach (3 min) and to a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarket. - the parking was a little bit hard to find in some days, but we managed it.
