From first check- in to eventual check- out all the staff were exceptional they were all very friendly,hard working and indeed seemed to be happy in their work. From the manager down they were on hand to be helpful and in fact the manager Jaime actually asked where could he make any improvements. The facilities were all clean and the all inclusive food was varied and there was always something too like. There was hardly any, if any queueing at the bar or in the restaurant. AND THERE WAS ALWAYS FREE SUNBEDS and no early morning towel reservations on them. At night the entertainment possibly could be improved but if you didn't like it Cala Bona is only a short walk. All in all a 5* holiday was had by all.

De service was amazing!! The rooms also! There is alot to do at the resort. Every night entertainment for young&old. A lot of kids there so they can play together. They had a kids club and they do alot of fun things! The restaurant was good also. They where al so nice, always greeting and helping! The drinks where also very good! I’m coming back for sure!!

The Best Hotel between other hotels with the best 2 different swimming pools near Cala Millor. Very popular for young couples with young kids. I really enjoyed it. Also they have the best breakfast I ever had at Majorka. Very big restaurant with so many different choices for favourite food you can eat no limits. Please remember that the best sea side is about 4 km a way down to the south side of central Cala Millor.
