They were still impresive on my return. To me this indicates an exceptional management style in a very competative market The entertainment was sutble. A harpist at Monday Breakfast. Excellent location, layout of complex is really nice. Small buildings with lovely gardens. Pool area is well kept, bar area and lobby clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and willing to help. Kids club staff member was absolutely amazing, she was so friendly and you could tell she had such a passion for looking after children.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was incredible and had lots of variety. I ate so much dessert - it was the pinnacle of hedonism :). However, the lunch menu was a little sparse and could be improved. Pools and spa (thank you Azu!) were excellent, and staff were really friendly and helpful - especially the food/entertainment team. Excellent staff, particularly the mythical Pau, one if the waiters at the restaurant, who was extremely nice and helpful. We very much appreciated his directions around the island and tips and he was very friendly with our little ones. Also the sicilian animator at the pool and facilities Luciano, who was very happy to know our next holiday destination will be his natal Palermo. Luciano was also very flexible and accommodating with our needs, friendly and useful. The rest of the staff was very friendly too. The hotel is well located, 15 minutes walk to the beach. My wife and children loved the 10 days we spent there and cannot wait to come back and enjoy the hotel and the nice and friendly people.

Excellent hotel (small and friendly), great food. Good facilities we really enjoyed our stay, the pool is cleaned every single morning.
