The staff, accomodations and location were top notch. It’s right across the street from the beach. There’s a grocery about 400m away and Palma is a short bus ride. The staff was professional and responsive.

We love this hotel and the people are the best of the best. The only problem is that we don’t want people to find this favorite hotel because it’s full of other guests who love staying there. Outstanding in every aspect. We feel like family there. Love love love this hotel.

I like that they have many pools for kids to adults... their staffs are very accommodating and friendly.... the housekeeping are also cleaning everyday when you want them to clean your room... they have everyday programs for the children and adults... We can also borrow some umbrella and toys for kids when we want to go to the beach so we don't need to pay to rent umbrellas that costs 6 euro each...

My experience at Helios Hotel was amazing. I stayed with my husband on my birthday and was treated with great affection, with messages on cards, sweets and a day in bed by the pool. thank you for the service of all but especially Racia, very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room and wonderful breakfast. thank you helios hotel for providing a very pleasant stay on such a special day for me. super recommend.
