We absolutely liked the place! The apartment was very spacious, very nice view from the balcony, the kitchen very well equipped. For sure it's mainly for the travellers with the car, but as we had one the position of the residence was perfect for us to visit Alcudia, Polenca and other areas around. Very welcoming and helpful staff!

We lived in apartment A-3 (second floor, closest to the sea). Pros, as in other reviews: excellent location, spacious balcony and beautiful views from it, floor cleaning and towels changing every day. We were very pleased that on the balcony we could not hear the animations from the neighboring Condesa Hotel and we could relax there in the evening in silence, to the sound of the sea surf. Miguel gave us a large sun umbrella, which we used to protect ourselves from the sun's rays in the morning while having breakfast on the balcony. We also used it on the beach several times.

Walking distance to sea front, 5 min drive to local shop and sandy beach. I could not say anything about food as we used self catering.

Miquel was brilliant and very helpful so was the lady who did the house keeping. I would recommend this apartment hotel to anybody who is visiting Alcudia.
