The apartment was modern, spacious, light, and comfortable. Kitchenette functional and well equipped. Very nice balcony and comunal garden and pool. We felt immediately 'at home'. Staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely return here.

friendly staff who let us store our luggage before the very late check-in time of 16:00 hours, for the price of 100 euro a pretty good value @60sq meters at the outskirts of barcelona. free parking in a private good size lot which is locked at night (in a rather murky area).

The view from balcony was beautiful. Probably the most cleanest and tidiest place I've stayed in. Lovely cool breeze in evenings, optional fans to keep cool was perfect. Compact with all items needed for a comfortable stay. It's a very hilly part of town, so be prepared for lots of steps. Very handy to have parking spot which was just 2 minutes walk away from property. Lots of public transport links too made it easy to pop into city using metro.

The hotel in general is great. At first we got the gray color room which my lady did not appreciate much and after requesting to change room even being fully booked the gentleman at the reception found a way to accommodate our request from there everything was just perfect.
