We loved our stay and can't wait to revisit. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We did have to buy salt, pepper, oil as there aren't any cooking basics. I liked that some dishsoap was provided. The shared terrace was lovely for a morning coffee and plenty of space to dry our clothes etc, and just moments from the cove beach. St Elm is really gorgeous and the area perfect for hiking of all levels and swimming. We appreciated the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and plenty of storage space and hangers for clothes. Easy to park nearby. We kept our rooms darkened and doors/shutters closed to keep them cool.

Wonderful location directly above the sea, unforgettable sunsets. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony with the incomparable view over to sa Dragonera. Flat functional and tasteful. Host was immediately available on request, and very friendly and helpful. Great neighbourhood.

At the absolute heart of the gorgeous little town of Sant Elm with a perfect first line position. The studio is comfortably equipped with a great terrace overlooking the bay. Be rocked to sleep by the gentle sound of the waves lapping just below. Amazing selection of trendy and traditional restaurants and wine bars literally on your doorstep. Extremely simple and efficient communications with the charming owner re arrival and departure arrangements. Highly recommended!

When we found the location - the directions GPS was a little vague - it was very good. The partial sea view was more than partial! The apartment was clean and comfortable and the two bathrooms a big plus. The terrace was very large and the kitchen well thought out. The reviews for Sant Elm itself said the road to the village were dangerous - they were exciting, especially at 0330am but not dangerous if driven at a sensible speed. The tree beaches were ideal - Petit Elm right on the doorstep was rocky and great for jumping and snorkelling, the middle beach was more sandy with crystal clear water and very few waves, and the larger beach a mix of both sand and rocks. Plenty of sunbathing space, pedaloes and paddle boards for rent, and restaurants and 2 supermarkets close by. All within easy walking distance of the apartment.

Location just by the beach, with a beautiful view and in a nice little beach town. The flat was also in good condition and well-equipped with everything you may need as a family.

The entire stay was wonderful. We came in winter, so there were many vacancies. At check-in we received an upgrade to an apartment, which was very spacious. Our cleaning lady was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. We had technical issues, which were solved quickly and sufficiently by the technicians. The hotel is part of Hotel Mon Port, which is adjacent to La Pergola. We could use Mon Port to play tennis, have dinner or use the indoor pool. The grounds (our yard, the pools, lawns, terrace) looked very nice.
