The property feels brand new, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a minute walk from a family beach with some bars and restaurants. The staff recommended some nice things to do in Chernomorets. They were available at any time to help and were very quick to respond.

The location of the building directly on the beach is perfect. The hosts, Maria and her husband are so nice and cordial! The room on the top floor and especially the terrace and the view to the beach are great! The rooms were clean, the cleaning was done every day and the bed sheets were exchanged every three days. There is no breakfast and no restaurant in the building but you can have a coffee and a breakfast in the many restaurants in the surroundings, just 2-5 min. away. The center of the town is just 10 min. walk.

Everything from the size of the rooms, the luxury furniture, the charming balcony where we spent a lot of time eating and having coffee in the mornings, to the smaller details such as the fan on the ceiling of the living room and the view to the sea from the kitchen window make this place amazing. We loved it so much! Communication with the host was a pleasure and we entered the apartment in an exceptionally spotless clean state.

Great location and vibe - caravans are well maintained and have all necessary amenities. You can rent out paddle boards, there are bikes available for getting groceries or going to the nearby towns, bar was great, food was tasty and hosts are very welcoming and chill.

The apartment is very spacious and nice, newly furnished, clean and comfortable. A good surprise was the available Netflix on the smart TV. The internet was fast. There is a big balcony with superb sea view, where you can enjoy a nice drink in the evening at the sound of nothing more than the waves. Location is excellent - minutes away from a good sandy beach (Eco Camping Chernomorec beach), with a very big free area and a section with paid (expensive) sunbeds. The central beach of the town (which is further away) is not good. Other really good beaches are 10 mins away with a car (Kavaci beach, Smokinia beach, Zlatna ribka beach). There is a supermarket and some food places nearby, but we mostly ate at the center of the town (less than a kilomiter away), where the restaurants are better. The owners were great and replied to our questions very fast. We paid additionally for a parking space just outside of the building. We would definitely return for another cool seascape. :) We were with our 3 year old daughter and we were very comfortable.
