Sweet modern and completely new studio with sea view, a rosemary, olive tree and flowers in the garden and the pool and sunbeds available. We enjoyed peaceful and dreamy environment and stayed for 4 nights. There are a number of stone steps down the city center but it's no biggy even for middle aged people. Ana the host is very warm and welcoming, check in and check out were flexy according to our needs.

the best location in Perast, beach front. It is right in the central of this small town, The room is spacious, quite, the host is the best, she help us arrange everything and is always there to help. We are happily staying here. highly recommended.

There is not a thing not to like/love! The apartment is amazing, you can see that is furnished and equipped with love and care to the mere details! And the view- it just takes your breath away!!! Simply AMAZING! The owner Žarko is very kind, helpful and interesting person, you could spend hours talking to him! I was lucky enough somebody canceled their stay as the app is usually fully booked, so book well in advance as it is absolutely worth it! There are quite a few stairs to get to the app but it is soooo worth it! 10/10

Jouo was a very very nice host. We arrive and he offer a delicious lemonade and in the morning he gave us a coffee. He also helped us with indications and bus schedules. I recommend to stay in this place and to wake up with the phenomenal view from this family terrace.

Nice apartment with a fabulous sea view. Full equipped kitchen, wonderful terrace to spend the evenings and private parking available. Very nice and helpful host. Next time I would like to stay longer, highly recommend it! 😊

The view was absolutely stunning. Our host was a gentleman, very helpful. Easy access to the promenade with a pedestrian walkway down the steps. Just sorry we only stayed 1 night. Highly recommend.
