The owner is so nice and accommodating and made everyone a great breakfast each morning. Great location close to the Main Street and beach while still being in a quiet area. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and we had a great balcony which was nice. Had the best stay here, would highly recommend!!

Although it is referred to as a hostel, it is, in fact, a fully-fledged hotel that offers a delightful experience. Here's why I highly recommend this hidden gem by the beach. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was. The hotel managed to create a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and unwind without the disturbance of outside noise. This tranquility made for a truly restful experience, which is often a challenge in such popular tourist destinations. While the breakfast provided was not something to boast about, it did offer a decent variety with generous portions.

it was a modest hotel, but with all everyday basics. The room was clean when I checked in, I didn’t ask for cleaning, because I was staying only for three days. I had enough clean towels and soap for these days. The location was really good, you can find three fascinating beaches nearby, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

The location, right on the coastline of Sant Elm, is great. When you step out you're right by the beach, restaurants and shops. The room was small but cosy, and the breakfast buffet, which was included in the price for the room, was good. There weren't very many options for us as vegans, but there are a number of vegetarian options. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
