Clean. Laundry. Ability to adjust AC so it wasn’t as cold. The living room furniture was nice and clean. I have stayed in places where I’ve used my own blanket because the couch didn’t feel clean. Very nice! Good small selection of sauces if needed. We didn’t cook but nice updated inventory. Sometimes there is too much. This was a good recent amount. No need to waste food but also don’t need a huge selection.

hamilton islands has a lovely marina. so many boats , yatches, speed boats and cataramarns. lovely place. u find kangaroos in the bushes and parks-wild of course. the place is vey clean and well maintained in all respects. the council is doing a lovely job. superb is the word for this place. Such a beautiful peaceful place to visit. The whole island had a great atmosphere and travelling in the buggies was fun. You pay a bit more for food and drink on the island but that is to be expected. We spent on average $200 a day as a couple which included eating out as well breakfasts and some lunches at our apartment. Dinner at Coca-Chu was gorgeous, we found cocktails and lunch at Sails (Catseye Beach) delicious and reasonably priced.

Hamilton Island is a great place to have a relaxing warm holiday we escaped the wettest week in Sydney. The IGA Supermarket is great and the staff outstanding. The bakery has the delicious Lemon meringue pies.

Hamilton Island is a great place and a great stop over if going onto Hayman Island. We were worried if our flight was delayed in any way we would miss our boat transfer to Hayman Island so we came in a day earlier. It was a very nice overnight stay allowing us to explore Hamilton Island.

Apart from the overpriced accommodation we found it to be a relaxed atmosphere. We love golf so was able to fit in two games on Dent Island. The views really are breath-taking from the course. Golf club restaurant probably the best in both food (although a bit limited in variety) and to take in the amazing views across the azure water. Cocochu restaurant offers a fresh and varied menu. Make sure you book in advance as very popular. There is some coral located just out from cats eye beach so pack your snorkel and mask to see a variety of tropical fish, rays, reef sharks and likely to come across a sea turtle munching on the sea grass at the bottom. The free island shuttles arrive right outside the reception, while the ferry and airport buses are complimentary making it easy to get around the island without a buggy. The rooms were spacious, with a large king bed, self contained accommodation features and balcony with a great view. The pool and spa were fantastic, with a coffee van right outside reception was fantastic for the mornings!

The property has a lovely view of the water and nearby islands. Plenty of wildlife visitors to watch including birds, possums, lizards and a peacock! Apartment came with a buggy making it easier to get around the island.

The Villa is located just a few minutes from Hamilton Island airport, which is very convenient if you’re traveling there. The WiFi is strong in this Villa, so my family could do the Zoom calls without any issues. The house vibe is really welcoming & homey, it’s one of the best holiday house I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!
