Great hospitality. The owner fetched us to and fro Huangshan bus station. Good breakfast provided. We had our dinner here and the meals were delicious. The room was warm and the feathered blanket keep us warm in this super cold weather . The resident cat accompanied us at each meal. So adorable. I miss this place.

The best part of experience at this place was interacting with staff/owners. It’s a family kind of business, and the owners are happy to go an extra mile to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

1. LOCATION - 7 min walk to the entrance of Huangshan park 2. STAFF - The owner and the family were extremely nice! Helped us arrange transport to train station, how to plan our hikes, where to eat, etc. 3. ROOMS - great value for money, we did not expect our stay to be as comfortable for the price

This hotel is located right outside the Huangshan scenic bus loading station. We can look right down from our hotel windows to see the tourists lining up for the buses so we can better timing of our entrance to minimize the waiting time. Also there are many restaurants right around the hotels. The room is bright, big, and clean. But what impressed us the most was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. They patiently gave us route suggestions, answered our questions, provided raincoats, and kept our luggage while we spent nights up in Huangshan. My husband usually are more critical of the hotels we stayed in the past, but he is the one urging me to write a review for this hotel. He thinks their service tops the services we got at Xihai Hotel and Bai Yuan Hotel on top of Huangshan.

Beautiful room. The kids especially loved the unique and interesting room set-up. But the best part in my opinion is the staff. It seemed to us that they spoke English better than we typically encountered in other hotels thus far in our stay. And they were more helpful. We ran into a few challenges booking tickets for Fangjingshan on WeChat but the staff called the park repeatedly until it was figured out. Turns out you have to place a capital “M” in front of each American passport number to book the tickets on WeChat. There is no way we would have figured that out on our own and therefore there is no way we would have been able to visit Fanjingshan without their help. We are very grateful that they did not give up on us in spite of how difficult and counterintuitive it was.
