This hotel relies on its beautiful location and dedicated staff, however there are many reasons why I would choose something else. The dining/breakfast area as well as the pool are on the ocean which is fantastic, the dinner however is not fantastic. It being a five star Hotel I suppose you pay five star prices, the food however is not five stars, its bland and unimaginative. There are some fantastic restaurants in Palma or nearby . Lastly, the main building of the hotel is a beautiful old building with some charm, however the new Natura buildings feel like a corporate event center or something, cold and lifeless. BEWARE that the Natura rooms with the infinity pool (which is knee high by the way) advertised with pictures overlooking the sea actually look out onto a main road with the sea in the distance. After arriving and finding out our room was directly on a noisy main road, we looked and chose a new one a few meters further back from the road which was slightly better. We waited then 3 hours for them to make up the room. No one offered us a drink at the bar or something to make us feel comfortable in this time. I would say there are better options for your stay in Mallorca if you are looking for a 5 star experience.

The staff are outstanding. They have two apple Mac’s and I needed to do something and the internet wasn’t working, I informed front desk and they immediately got their tech guy on it and he fixed the issue. The 3rd floor with jacuzzi is very nice and has a great view of the port. The breakfast spread is very big.

The location of the hotel was just perfect. Great Breakfast. But I was mainly happy with the service! Mae, lady at reception was very professional and kind, very willing to help us with our problem. With no hesitation, she did her best she could, and solved it. I know it should be a normal standard at hotels, unfortunately, from my experience from staying in many hotels, even more expensive, it is not always granted. Therefore should not go by unnoticed. We really appreciated her effort and it surely bolstered up the impressions of our stay in this hotel.
