Really nice property with great facilities, a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, and excellent breakfast. The room was well cleaned everyday. The hotel was a short walk away from the city center, so great location too.

The house was charming - historic, with beautiful entries, large hallways, and an attractive courtyard. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The bathrooms were pristine. The location was perfect - many shops and restaurants in the wonderful old part of the city are within a short walk.

Great central location for the old town. The host was friendly and helpful. She called arranged a taxi to the airport for us in the morning. Breakfast was delicious with homemade preserves, fresh fruit, cheese, meats and fresh breads including a homemade cake. Beautiful old building with small inner courtyard.
Atico La Laguna con terraza y vistas is located in Las Lagunas, just 5.2 miles from Museo Histórico Militar de Canarias and 7.5 miles from Tenerife Espacio de las Artes.

The town is centrally located for those who want to explore Anaga National Park. The distance to get there is only 40 minutes. The town itself, you will get everything that you want. There are places where you can find restaurants, souvenirs, hotels, and so on.

This was a wonderful place to stay.
This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and very functional. Having the area downstairs for meals was very nice.
The owner/caretaker was quite lovely and very accommodating.
The location was off the main area by a little bit, which we appreciated. We didn't want to be in a heavily populated area and enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was nice to go on the back deck and watch the sunrise, sunset, and night stars. The security gate around the property was comforting.
The parking was acceptable and became a game for us to get our car parked, then back on the driveway in one turn.
Being in the more northern part of Tenerife, it was a drive to go to the south end of the island. One morning we got caught in the traffic and almost missed our planned event. But, having said that, it was totally worth the homeyness and price. We will definitely use this place again!

Lovely old historic town which forms a base for also visiting Santa Cruz. Lots of bars and restaurants. The old buildings are frequently open to visitors. It is easy to walk around the old town which is set out in a grid pattern so difficult to get lost.

Second time staying and enjoyed it just as much.
Second time staying and enjoyed it just as much. Rooms are beautiful and well kept.
There is a small kitchenette but for some reason is has no cutlery ?? Nor did they provide any coffee or tea etc.. Bit strange?
The breakfast is high quality and plentiful.
Apart from that it's a great hotel in a great location for the town and to use as a base for the area. Their private carpark is €10 per night but the open CP is €7.50 PN BUT it gets rammed so I'd advise you to book the hotel CP.

Beautiful old town with a lot of interesting architecture and many pedestrian streets. Driving in with a car was a bit of a nightmare, as there is lots of traffic and parking is difficult. Beware of any restaurants that don't have price lists. We ate at Bodegon Tocuyo, no price lists & rips off tourists.

The town was exceeding my expectations, and it is for good reasons that belongs to UNESCO heritage.
The hotel did not meet the expectations, not deserving the four starts. Indeed, it has a good base to get the four stars for the valuable heritage it has, but the services need to be improved. Did not prove value for money.
Beds of a good size with curtains, good privacy.
Breakfast was probably the best I've seen so far in hostels on All Canarias! Even the best among the others NEST hostels on Tenerife! Keep up the good job girls!
Fully equipped kitchen, good wi-fi, nice big terrace at the top with plenty of space for everybody.
Nice place to stay in the beautiful town La Laguna for a few days.
Close to Tenerife North Airport. Direct transport links to Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz
Will definitely come back if again in La Laguna
Location is great, few minutes walk from the Laguna city center, restaurants, supermarkets and facilities. Easy to take the motorway. Great vegetarian options nearby for breakfast and lunch/dinner. La Laguna is a great place to stay as it is central to start trips to Mount Teide, explore the north coast, Santa Cruz, Anaga park. The apartment is practical as a basecamp, fully equipped, clean and new kitchen utensils and pans (a rarity!). Hosts responded fast to our requests.
The property was enormous (we may have been upgraded as it had two bedrooms). It is a converted old house in the centre of La Laguna. There perhaps 8-10 apartments. Our apartment had great facilities well designed and of good quality. It had a large roof terrace although there was not much of a view. Despite being in the middle of La Laguna it was exceedingly quiet. The town has a regular tram down to Santa Cruz and so formed an excellent base for both of the towns.
The excellent location of the hotel to the historic area on La Laguna couldn’t ask for better. Perfect.
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and polite.
Fantastic evening meals & breakfast (being English loved the cooked breakfast…. Ok bacon could have been a bit more cooked!!!!) great choice of food. Drinks not overly expensive either which makes a refreshing change in a hotel….. Room was so nice, beds so comfy and spa bath - hit the spot!!!!
We picked this location as an overnight between flights and didn’t expect much more than a bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a very welcoming establishment, eager to share their city and their island. The room is very well equipped, well located for exploring La Laguna and eating in a selection of good restaurants. We will definitely return if passing through Tenerife north again, and hopefully for longer so we can profit from the area.
I love the location right in the pedestrian area of the old town. I love the old world charm of the hotel, and the good quality of everything. It felt elegant and simple and clean and homey, all at the same time. Very welcoming. And the café downstairs is great, also the little artisan shop off of the café. And the hotel is somehow very quaint! I’m sure every room is different and has its own charm. I know I loved my room.
A small and friendly hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. The host was really nice and text us the exact location on the day of our arrivals, so it was really easy to find. Since we had to check out very early to the airport they arranged us a nice breakfast bag to take with us. We were there only for 1 night, but the impression was very good.
The hotel is really nice with lovely rooms, good service and knowledgeable staff; the breakfast buffet is excellent and provides the fuel needed to go out hiking each day in Anaga Park. The hotel is also located in the historic, old town of La Laguna which is great for some sightseeing and easy access to restaurants and cafes.
It is a great stay for a group, in a quiet, remote place, but you can find a good cafe and also a supermarket nearby. The city center of La Laguna is just a 20 min walk, and the bus station is right next to the house.
The house is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It has a nice courtyard, a good place to relax.
Beautiful and friendly boutique hotel. We loved the blend of modern comforts nestled within old architecture (original building built in 1776). Wonderful view of the old city from the roof and classy lobby that invites you to pull out a book and sit for a while. Good breakfast, highly recommended!
Location was great. Great spot to explore from. We went hiking in Anaga a lot and we were happy with our choice to stay in la laguna. Really nice and convenient parking and the host was really friendly.
The location is very good, in the center of La Laguna. But the real bonus of this hotel is the friendly people who run it, the breakfast and the beautiful garden. Really enjoyed our stay here!
We've stayed in La Laguna on a number of occasions and this is without doubt the very best place we have stayed. Perfect location, quiet, clean and beautiful. We will most definitely return!
The location is not far from the center of La Laguna, even though not a lot was happening in the city when we were there. The patio on the roof is a nice chill out area.
Very nice house, great breakfast. very friendly staff, La Laguna old town short walk away, very nice and cozy to go out for dinner, shopping, not many tourists
