The location in excellent. Ths room I had on the 5th floor was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The 4 person lift was perfectly adequate - and necessary.
Keys were obtained from the shop next door, so not sure what happens if you arrive when the shop is shut. Staff generally helpful, particularly the younger lady. Overall, highly recommended.

We thought Sarria would have a lot to offer since it is a major hub for Pilgrims. The historical section is so charming and has a handful of fun restaurants and hostels. Wish it had more boutique—like hotels b/c, otherwise, Sarria seems to lack charming housing options. There is a great store at the bottom of the hill as you are about to ascend up the infamous stairs to the historical section and out of town on with your walk. They have anything one would need for the Camino and there is a great pharmacy across the street as well.

A great place to stay and relax as part of our journey. It is a spacious 4 bedroom apartment which suited our needs and the sitting room was very pleasant. Our host was lovely and arrived promptly to let us into the apartment. She was very helpful in guiding us to somewhere to eat, a great find.
