A great welcome, the pub doesn’t open before 17:30, but you can call them when you arrive to let you in.
This is a lovely pub, with the accommodation in a separate block. Our room was clean, airy and spacious with a very comfortable bed.
The pub has a good atmosphere, some well kept local cask ales on and a good choice menu at a reasonable price.
All the staff were excellent.
A fine breakfast the following morning set us up for the day.
We will be walking the Shropshire Way in September 24, and have already booked to stay here again.

This is an amazing property!
A 10 minute walk into the town is fantastic.
So clean and spacious, lovely little patio area in a perfect sun trap with a table and chairs. Massive bathroom and perfectly clean, huge soft towels, tea and coffee making plus toiletries all provided.
Sarah was an amazing host, great communication and so helpful. Had an amazing last minute break away which so peaceful.
We will be booking again very soon, we lovely Bridgnorth and to have somewhere so close and idyllic to stay is an absolute bonus, could not rate it high enough.

We liked everything at the lodge we were in No3 and it was so well thought out, it had everything we needed it was comfortable, clean with beautiful cut flowers and a bottle of wine awaited us on arrival, directions were spot on and a welcome book with really useful information on everything in the area was left within the property, secure electric gates and private parking meant we didn't need to worry about the car and to be honest with bridgnorth a lovely walk along the river we never used out car at all during our stay. The paddock walk just outside our door was absolutely beautiful our labrador had the time of her life and she also enjoyed meeting the owners dogs who would pop over to say hello
