Clean room, very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Parking, big garden, fantstic location.

First of all the people in charge of the estate, they do everything for us to feel great. Our stay was the best we had in Georgia. We loved the room,the view, the lobby (with fire place), the restaurant,the wine cellar, the garden and the wine. I recommend to try saperavi qveri, kisi qveri and the fantastic desert wine similar with Sherry

The Guest House is new and well set up for visitors. The owners and their family were extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to collect us from Sighnaghi after some logistical issues, and have made every effort to get property we left in the House to us. The views from the balcony are great, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even have a coffee station set up with sweets and treats always available. A really great place to stay if you are in the area.

I like the hospitality and the care of the tourist they did it so nice I am glad that I got this guest house ..it was a totally family atmosphere. I like it very much and the food they served it was amazing.i enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable.

We had three meals at Ampelo and all were good. The breakfast was tasty and the they had a coffee machine for nice coffees. My son liked to see the chickens and birds in the garden.

My stay at Horizons of Bakurtsikhe was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The highlight of my stay was definitely the warm pool and sauna facilities, which provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring. The hotel's beautiful grounds added to the serene atmosphere, and I enjoyed strolling around and taking in the picturesque surroundings. One of the standout features of the hotel was the delicious homemade food. Every meal was a treat for the taste buds, with fresh ingredients and flavors that reminded me of home-cooked meals. The culinary experience truly added to the overall charm of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities and hospitality. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway.

Location, not much options around

This beautiful place has a long list of compromises. Don't get me wrong, but this place could be the perfect 5-star place, but to deliver it, they need to fix the following things: 1. No activities for children (2-14 yo). No playground / etc. This is a must for this price range. Otherwise, it's an Adults-only destination. 2. The hotel offers complimentary bike usage, a fantastic amenity. However, these bikes need servicing and proper storage. Once addressed, guests can actually look forward to a thrilling biking experience, choosing from a fleet of 15-20 bikes. For now, it's better to hide this feature. 3. You can't relax if you can't pay the room bill. I don't care much about it, but people complain in general. 4. Some parts of the building should be non-smoking because if you live upstairs, someone below you will smoke into your room from their balcony. Not the best experience. 5. There are some construction works at the moment. I don't care, but some people could avoid hearing it or should be noticed before their stay. 6. To enter the SPA area, You must get a golf car/transfer. It's located in a different building. It's fine to reach it, but you can't get a transfer back when you are there. 7. There is plenty of space for improvements that can be done in SPA by itself. I could list 5 or 7 issues right away. Outdoor pool requires heating 8. I have visited many hotels in this price range and have never stopped at check-out to "check my room.". I knew that "rule," so it didn't surprise me. 9. The restaurant stuff is perfect. The kitchen is amazing. Thank you.

The price corresponds to the comfort. Good hosts. Location 10 out of 10. There is a wine cellar, own honey, you can buy honey.
