The room was spacious and had a very large balcony with a great view. The price was very reasonable given the quality of the room and facilities, and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. We especially liked the restaurant and bar staff -- especially the friendly young woman who was always patient with my mediocre Italian language skills, and the kind man who made coffee every morning.

I basically booked the hotel last minute. All the hotels in the area were booked as it was a holiday period around Nov 1st.
This was available and at a very good price.
I think the value for money is good and it is worth visiting if you are just passing by on the way to Rome.

The beach near by perfect. The accommodation is clean and spacious. It's basic but OK. There are nets on the windows so ari conditioning is not necessary even available. The staff us also very kind.

Beautiful laid back walled city on the crest of a high hill with spectacular views westward over the Mediterranean, and a few blocks away one can view a spectacular panorama of the great valleys to the east. A much smaller but older city than Rome; but a much more relaxed option to the hustle and bustle, one hour to the south.

We really enjoyed our room at this quaint bed and breakfast
The whole bnb was smaller than we expected however it did take away from the pleasure and comfort. We enjoyed a front room which looked out over the roof tops of Tarquinius and towards the sea. Great sunset view . Facilities were excellent and breakfast very nice. Lovely girl serving us . Great location to explore Tarquinia . Will definitely stay again .

Tarquinia was quaint with cobblestone streets.
Tarquinia was quaint with cobblestone streets. Little boutiques line the streets along with numerous eateries. We ate dinner at Arcadia, a seafood restaurant; and the food was absolutely delicious. Also, there were gelateria gambella, ice cream shop.

Tarquinia is a nice little city with lots of great food options and a historic center that is fun to explore. There are lots of parking spaces all over the town and parking is very cheap. It is easy to get around with a car or on foot, and the people are very friendly as well. Lots of little shops and boutiques. Mostly locals, not that many tourists.

Charming, quiet a perfect place to stay to visit the archeological sites and the villages of Tuscia. Plenty of nice open air estaurants.
Do not miss the museum, a great exhibition well displayed and well explained.
A beautiful hotel just across from a long and sandy beach perfect for walks and swimming. The staff are exceptional and incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, and the restaurant dining is superb. The outdoor pool and bar areas are also in keeping with the beauty of this hotel. My husband and I would certainly recommend the Civico Zero Resort. Thank you for making our stay incredible and special. Also, a big thank you to Stephan and Lorenzo for their amazing help and service. Mr & Mrs Williams.
The property is a gem. The owner Garmy didn't go the extra step--she went the extra mile to help me. My GPS that came with the rental car did not show her road and I couldn't find the B&B. She met me downtown tarquina and had me follow her to the B&B. She also had me follow her to Civitavecchia to return the car to Avis and took me to my hotel there before catching my cruise ship the next day. Even after I was so upset when I could find the B&B. The room was so beautiful and perfect. She treated me like family.
we needed an overnight stop prior to our cruise. the location was fabulous just outside the beautiful town of Tarquinia. we checked in late to a warm welcome. our room was spacious with nice double doors out to a patio area with seating. the restaurant was closed in the evening but the breakfast (inc in price) was more than acceptable. the property had a very calm serene feel about it which was very peaceful.
Everything was great. Great Hotel, super welcoming staff.
I actually had an accident (nothing related to the hotel), but everyone were being so kind and helpful, it really touched us. The Manager and his daughter and everyone else were being amazing.
They made sure I was taken care of and that my wife and Baby stayed safe while I had to go to the hospital.
Such kind people are worth everything!!
The best accommodation we had during our travels through Italy. A beautiful Agriturismo accommodation, just walking around is very nice, the nearby Tarquinia is a breathtaking place with Etruscan tombs and museum, we should have spent more than two days, definitely worth coming back one day, for longer. Very helpful owners, nice people. Silent place.
It was very comfortable, easy to find and the parking was good. The outside area was particularly lovely, you can access the garden from every room.
Perfect location for Tarquinia which is fascinating for the Etruscan Necropolis and walled town. Easy access also to the beach.
It’s not posh but a comfortable farmhouse. Perfect for a few days.
The staff were very accommodating.
The rooms themselves seemed to be re-done recently, however the bathrooms were still quite old.
We were there off-season and so the area was completely dead. The restaurant wasn’t open. So we went into the town of Tarquinia for dinner, which was a really nice experience. overall, this day was just okay.
Beautifully appointed, spacious and sparkling clean apartment steps away from historic Tarquinia. We enjoyed the lovely private balcony throughout the day and evening. Simone and Dino were responsive, warm, and so very welcoming as hosts. The location allowed easy access to Rome by train and day trips by car to local sites.
Very nice, clean hotel. Room was typical size for Europe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I only wish I could speak more Italian because they seem like really nice people.
Hotel is a short walk from the beach and several very good restaurants. They also serve a very good continental breakfast every morning.

I think the value for money is good and it is worth visiting if you are just passing by on the way to Rome.
Wonderful location in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (it has that official designation), close to the famous necropolis. The host is extremely kind, and the breakfast was excellent. We will certainly return if we pass through again.
Lots of place in the room for our children to play, we stayed there in our way to visit Pompéi. We were there April, so low season for sea side hotels. Breakfast simple but good, good ham and cheese. Didn't tried the restaurant as it was closed.
Super bright, clean & well maintained hotel with very nice staff. Only a couple of minutes from Tarquinia, which we loved too. Hotel restaurant very impressive too, great service, delicious food and lovely atmosphere & decor.
Beyond expectation such a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of terraces breakfast extra ordinary 4 mints away from beach i would like to stay for next comming trip
And Alberto what a helpful gernerious person
Lovely setting with a 2 km walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Tarquinia. Very roomy self catering accommodation and a full breakfast. Laura and Sandro were very friendly and efficient hosts.
WOW!! It's like a museum in a holiday home! The hosts were absolutely fantastic! What a great place to stay for our last night in Italy, with easy access to Rome airport. Thank you!
