Location, parking, minimalist hotel(too minimalist tho). Room is clean, like the flooring, comfortable to my barefeet, feel like a light cushion, possible vinyl type flooring. Comfortable bed. The famous roti canai celaru is right acros the street.

I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable room. The breakfast and lunch, especially the "ikan bawal goreng" set, were delicious. The staff, particularly at the Tepi Bendang Cafe, were very pleasant.
