This was a wonderful facility in a rural part of Portugal in the center of the country. The place is built of stones, some part of the hillside on which it sits. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen and dining room area on the top floor and a living room with a sofa bed and another full bathroom on the lower floor. The grounds are large with a very nice swimming pool and large inside the gate parking area. For breakfast, ham, cheese, yogurt, juices, milk, water were in the refrigerator with fresh bread delivered every other day. In short, Casa Frias is a charming, well-maintained place in a lovely, not highly visited part of Portugal.
