Room was large and comfortable (bed particularly good). Bathroom very clean and contained lovely shower products. The gift shop on site also sold food and beverages. Breakfast was good and varied, with hot options, bakery, cereal, fruit etc. Klamath has very limited dinner options but the hotel let us know about that well in advance, so we were prepared. We only stayed one night, but I would happily spend a week here visiting the redwoods!
This hotel was clean and the staff was SUPER helpful. Michael at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and took time to help us plan our day in the redwoods. The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of towels, etc. when we got there. The hotel is less than 1/2 mile to the drive through redwood and is a great location if seeing the giant beauties is your goal.
There aren’t really any other comparative hotels available in Klamath; so there wasn’t really any choice.Besides that, I liked that I could just get water from the drinking fountain. The cost of the soda and snacks were also cheap compared to other Holiday Inns.
Nice and new and close to all the redwood stuff you could want. Nice that the hotel told you how limited the dining options were but they were not joking…Klamath is gorgeous and there is a little local bookstore across from the hotel
Staff were very friendly, room was extremely spacious and comfortable.
Pool facilities could be improved but overall a great hotel. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the Redwoods!
Spacious room. Not much else. Breakfast was a bit more basic than the standard garden inn-type hotel, but probably par for the course in an express inn. Bed was comfortable; good night's sleep.
The location is really fantastic for access to the various Redwood National and State parks. There are lots of hikes local to the hotel, and everything is in a reasonable driving distance.
