Our family of 5 loved our suite. We came here for Six Flags Magic Mountain but the park was closed due to inclement weather both days we had planned to go, meaning that we spent a lot of time in our room! We really appreciated the space and the full kitchen. Did some laundry too - the machines were reasonably priced. Awesome breakfast in a nice dining area. Friendly staff.

Surprising decor and features that were above average.
Surprising decor and features that were above average. Train across the street was the only downside, but rooms across the hall apparently don't hear the trains as much. Great bed and bedding. Great bathroom design and shower. We were very pleased with our stay.

Santa Clarita is nice.
Santa Clarita is nice. I was here for an event that happened to be in Santa Clarita. Lots of food options, canyon hikes, and city parks. Hollywood Blvd is about 40 minutes away and Disneyland is 1 hour twenty minutes.

We stayed in the Newhall area of Santa Clarita visiting family, but we have always enjoyed it. It's very well spaced out and nothing is to far. I am looking forward to exploring it more in the coming years.

The staff was very nice.
The staff was very nice. The decor is very outdated and needs a facelift. The sheer curtains had holes in them and the roomed smelled like sweaty feet. Had an out of control guest next door that kept us up all night. Staff tried to calm him but he ended up in the parking lot cussing and yelling til the wee hours of the morning. Very scary.
The pool had trash in it (toilet paper, snickers wrapper, dirt and bugs) we cleaned it out. A nice swim after that.
The breakfast was a joke. What little food or coffee offered was gone before 8 am. The juice machine was “out of order”. It would be nice to have fruit, eggs (even hard boiled) and sausage for the breakfast. We had to ask for coffee, milk, sugar and even a slice of bread for toast. Ended up having to go out and get breakfast. Would not recommend this place at all.

We stay in Santa Clarita on the way to visit friends.
We stay in Santa Clarita on the way to visit friends. Every time we stay we eat at Piccolo Trattoria - great Italian food. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for - both the quality of the food and the service.

Good:
Good:
The hotels in this environment are expensive so we took 1 room instead of 2, for a family of 5 people. The staff were amazing and entered an extra bed for the kid to a double queen-bed room. There is a warm pool and a cold pool outside. The room is well facilitated and clean, shower is fine, there is a little kitchen aid in the room so it's very nice.
Bad:
Very bad wifi which disconnect you constantly, poor breakfast so better order the room without it. There are many options to eat outside or buy in the supermarket so don't worry about the breakfast. Rooms are great even without the breakfast.
Lovely little hotel. We checked in fairly late due to delays at immigration but it wasn't a problem for them. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Really nice toiletries.
Downstairs there was a coffee/hot chocolate machine and also free fruit juices as well as a cold water machine. This was perfect for filling up our water bottles before going out for the day.
The hotel is near a train line which I could hear in the evening if I listened out but I didn't notice it overnight.
Would definitely stay again.
OMG what can I say... We had just come from Vegas where we paid way more for a hotel on the Strip (LinQ if you want to know) it was trashy, stinky, literally zero human interaction and no breakfast.... Just walking into the Fairfield (and at the Residence Inn where we also had a room) we could tell this was going to be great. A very helpful and smiling person at the desk... the room was amazing from architecture to furniture to all the little details. The breakfast was off the charts amazing.
Squeaky Clean, affordable, the Staff is always above and beyond, nice, and super friendly not to mention accommodating! Great place to stay in Santa Clarita. If you are a tourist, it’s a 30 min drive to Hollywood and all the tourist areas. It’s an extraordinary clean and safe to stay here verses staying in the main tourist areas where it’s expensive dirty and unsafe. This is a FANTASTIC place !
i liked the rooms, the location however was right next to a freeway. all night through the morning i was woken up by the loud sounds of traffic on the nearby freeway. the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the occupants in the next room (ours happened to be a family with a rambunctious toddler and a newborn). otherwise it was good.
Quieter than most Hotels I've been to, even being right next to a busy street, the Air Conditioning turned the room into an Ice Box, that is very good. the Staff were accommodating and the Property felt secure and Clean.
And Thank's for the spare Coffee Filters I was able to brew effectively.
Not the prettier areas in Santa Clarita but I expected that. It was a bit loud with car doors opening, closing and people walking around but it is in a conjesyed area. Tge price was right and the clerk was kind, friendly and a happy person. So, yes, I'd stay there again for a short term event.
Great hotel close to Six Flags, with a well equiped kitchen, so we could cook our self some small meals. staff was friendly. shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast was not very high level, but in combination with our own cooking ok. Roads are extremely well in and around Santa Clarita
The location is fabulous especially if visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain. Brand new hotel and the rooms are so spacious that you do not feel that you are away from home. Probably the most comfortable bed that we ever slept on away from home.
I don't know who/ how/ why this property is rated as a 4 star hotel but it's not. It's OK..we found hair all over our towels and bathroom. The staff is lackluster.. good value for bare minimum basic needs.
This was an exceptionally clean and modern hotel. The staff was responsive. Rooms were clean and the hotel offered breakfast along with 24 hour coffee and hot cocoa. It was a boutique type of hotel.
Bed was clean and comfortable. It was not noisy at night. Right across the street is the best Steakhouse in Santa Clarita: Backwoods Inn,.... Not an inn ... a Steakhouse...
