The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were soooo comfortable. I rarely enjoy beds other than my own, but everyone in our group agreed the beds were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well, and they had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The house is one block from the Pleasure Pier and the Seawall. It's in walking distance from some of the best restaurants in Galveston, like Bubba Gumps. Great location all in all.

The rooms are large and very clean - kind of a 1940’s bungalow style. Meals are served in the house … and I believe it is the best food I’ve ever eaten! But the greatest strength is in the proprietors. Graham and Valerie are simply amazing people with incredible stories of their own. Staying at the George Manor is a great experience!
