Very peaceful and the restaurant was quite good (bacalhau was exceptional), which is important since the place is not near any other places to buy food. The Lugar dos Devas is a place you want to stay to get away from it all and it is a lovely place to do just that.

Fabulous guesthouse in a charming area. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, they exceeded expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners are extremely pleasant and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We would definitely like to return in the future.
