I LOVED THIS PLACE. It is very near the Camino. The hostess is an absolute sweetheart that is perhaps the nicest woman I have met on this trip. her food is delicious both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and spacious with a large comfortable sitting area. I wish had more time to stay there.

it was quiet and peaceful and beautifully clean. the room was large and comfortable and the fridge worked well. the lady at reception was so friendly and helpful and even let us use her microwave and plates to make a simple dinner and sit in the dining area to eat. she even insisted on washing the dishes. :) such amazing hospitality!!

The location is more than perfect! Right by the river, close to Guggenheim museum; close to two of the bridges that take you to the Casco Viejo; public transport in front of the building...everything is walking distance. And the building HAS ELEVATOR!!!!!!

Free parking and a train just outside that runs to Bilbao and Bermeo, both are highly recommendable. The staff exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The bedroom lovely and amenities throughout are 10/10. And of course the price - unbeatable. I could not find any flaws.

The location was excellent - a peaceful haven away from the city centre, but right opposite the train station - getting in and out of the centre was quick and easy. The hotel has a small garden for relaxing or outdoor dining in the very good restaurant. There is on site parking, and the staff were lovely too!
