Host was very friendly, house was very clean, breakfast was delicious!! The gardens were beautiful and had the sweetest cat roaming around!! The views were stunning in the morning.

If you like being in the countryside, this place is truely amazing. It is located very remotely, some 5 min driving outside the Village of Urnieta. It is surrounded by the green basque hills with wonderfull views and has itself a large green garden which is available to be used. Getting into San Sebastián takes some 15-20 minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live in the rear part of the house. The appartment was very cosy and clean. There is a full kitchen and beds are good. A tasty local breakfast is served for an extra fee.

Monica was a great host, made us feel welcome and granted access to kitchen area for wine glasses etc. We enjoyed a nice breakfast before our departure, and engaged in conversation with us during the meal while not feeling imposing. It's difficult to comment on the location as my wife and I stopped off here during a drive from the UK to Southern Spain, arriving fairly late in the evening and not venturing from the property. Although location well suited for our purpose. The property has a large garden, with several seating areas which one imagines would be really appreciated during the warmer months.

Room had a good size with nice views to the mountain, goats and chickens. There is a small kitchen where you can cook and store your food. And a living room where we could watch tv, play board games and a fire place. Also, breakfast was great!

The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!

The setting was beautiful and peaceful. The room and balcony were stunning, and everything was impeccably clean. Marta was on hand to make sure that we had everything we needed (her English was excellent -much better than our Spanish!). Highly recommend this property.

Luis is a great guy and takes super good care of you. You wake up and breakfast is there which you then have on a giant balcony with a breathtaking view over San Sebastian. Of course it's a bit off the beaten track, but you should know that before you book it. Taxis take 15-20 minutes to the old town and cost about 15€. You can also walk up a steep hill for 20 minutes and take a bus into town. Rooms are very comfortable and have a good size.
