The location was fabulous. We were within the majestic scenery. We spent a lot of the time sitting on the terrace looking either down the gorge or up to the rocky ridges. It came with a parking space, which is a premium in Masca. The parking space was also secure and spacious. We also enjoyed the pool after a hot day's walk. Pedro was also very friendly and helpful.

It’s a beautiful, well kept rustic spot. Cozy fireplaces, good food, great location for hiking and relaxing. Clearly cared for.

we loved our time in Mario's home in Masca which flew by all too quickly and was definitely the highlight of our holiday in Tenerife. The house is small but cosy with plenty of friendly hand-written notes on doors and boxes inviting guests to help themselves to freebies. We loved the fact that the house is high above Masca and so super-convenient for many stunning hikes. Even better, the trail-head is right next to a wonderful viewpoint/bar/restaurant.

Charming, nice and cozy Canarias bungalows in a quaint little village. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. We used public busses throughout Tenerife, the house is easy to reach by Titsa bus several times per day. Bring food as there is no store in the village. The local bar of the owners' brother offers tasty meals, my goat stew was fantastic. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, he brings fresh rolls (even whole grain) every morning. We took the public bus to Masca and hiked back to the house, enjoying a most scenic 5h tour. This is the perfect place for individual travels to explore the mountain range. Extremely well cleaned and maintained. A wine cooler holds a nice choice of local wines.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views are amazing, during the day you get to enjoy the mountains and at night an amazing sky full of stars. It is very peaceful and the place offers everything you need.
