It has the best beach in La Gomera and the best views. The owner Monse is an attentive and pleasant lady. The house is old, but large, spacious, and it has soul. The house has everything for a comfortable stay (probably without a washing machine). Keep in mind that the last 8 km is quite a challenging road for experienced and confident drivers.

everything is beautiful! fantastic location, wonderful locals. the lady living opposite will introduce herself and her wonderful cats. really couldn’t ask for more. fully equipped kitchen and great location for hiking, only a 20 min walk to the shop and probably the most beautiful 20 min walk to the shops I’ve ever done! Danny let me check in early too! absolute legend!

We loved the house, and the quiet location (even with the goat down below 🤣). The kitchen had everything we needed for the occasional meal. The beds were comfy. The house was cool if the blinds remained shut, or you propped the door and a window open for a nice breeze. The walk into the village and back was energetic. A good hill! Veronica kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. The two patios were brilliant: one for eating and one for lazing about on sun beds. Wifi worked well and proved useful for researching walks.

Unfortunately although we had booked a hire care we were not allowed to bring it to La Gomera so had to get a bus to Vallehermoso. The property owner very kindly arranged for a taxi to meet us at the bus stop as by then it was getting late and we had no idea how to get to the property. This was very much appreciated by us as by then we were exhausted. The place was comfortable enough but a bit chilly as it is in the north of the island. Having said that there were extra blankets provided. We were able to watch TV in English after some trial and error.
