The Ukrainian lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. I was walking the Camino and was unwell so rang and asked could I check in early and she was very professional and courteous. She seems to be the only member of staff in the whole hotel who speaks any English and is very hard working. In my opinion they would be lost without her.

The albergue was so welcoming and cozy. I came in from a hail storm and frozen and the owner was so welcoming and kind. It seems like this place attracts a lot of pilgrims from other albergue so you will have great company and conversations. My room was charming and comfortable.

He arranged for us to park our motorcycles in a secure area next to the hotel at no charge. Breakfast the next morning was good and cost only €5.00 each. Super value. Close to a plaza and plenty of food options close by. A laundromat very close that was great and is clean (5euro wash and a euro for 7 min 2 euro for 14 min or 3 euro for 21 min dry) Sahagun is a beautiful town and worth checking out.

It is easy to find and very close to all the amenities including a launderette. My room was comfortable and clean with a sunny outlook over the street. There is a lift to all floors. It was very quiet and I slept well during my two night stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location with secure on-site parking. The food is good, the rooms are spotlessly clean. It is worth a visit just to see Sabina’s beaming smile when you arrive.
