Very polite staff - helped us even before we asked - they sent welcoming message and instructions for parking and public transport. That was my first time in a hostel and I am really impressed. The windows are noice isolated - you will hear some voice from the main street but it is very low and it will not bother you sleeping

Great location, everything is nearby, only 1 minute from Gran via and main shopping area. 10 minutes to Sol. Easy access to the airport. Right in the heart of Madrid. Friendly staff. The room was so clean and cosy.

Very nice and stylish hotel. Staff was really friendly and it’s located at the very centre. Comfortable beds and all necessary things available.

Situated in Madrid, 800 metres from Puerta del Sol, CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha features accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, a bar and a garden. The staff were extremely helpful - organising a tour for the next day for us and recommending lots of interesting places to see and great bars. Loved the fact that this hotel trusts you to have the hot water in the shower at the temperature you like and doesn’t set a limit to the heat. Also the water pressure was fantastic - something that is so hard to find now even In 5star hotels.

Really an amazing place to stay. Friendly staff. The whole experience that they provide you is really really good. Check in was really friendly. The smell of the face towels in the room. Breakfast is extremely good. The room that they make ready for you in the west evening. The warm welcome. The help of you need anything. Providing unlimited drinking water. Just everything.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, the service is very excellent, one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in terms of service.

Ang Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid ay isang 4-star boutique hotel na naka-set sa isang restored palace na mula pa noong ika-19 na siglo. The location is the best of both crazy Chueca and sophisticated Salamanca, the hotel and its staff are all on trend but not fussy, you feel at home from the time you arrive till you leave. We have stayed in the rooms with courtyard views and the ones with street view, either option is great depending on your budget. Having stayed 4 times we would never stay anywhere else, that after trying many different hotels in Madrid.
