Located on a French building from the 19th century, this elegant hotel is set at the seafront of Ondarreta Beach. It offers a cafeteria and spectacular views over La Concha Bay. The staff of the hotel is just super friendly and helpful, also communication with them prior to arrival related to a special request (one extra person for one of the nights and associated cost) was just perfect and smooth and fully met my needs. San Sebastián is in general somewhat pricey place and La Galería is I think a good value for money.

Hotel Avenida is located on Mount Igueldo overlooking San Sebastián. There is a swimming pool in the hotel´s garden and free access to the fitness centre. Room was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok as the price was very good. Lovely location. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if staying in the area for a few days. Free parking is a real bonus.

Barceló Costa Vasca is 450 metres from San Sebastián’s Ondarreta Beach, next to Miramar Palace and Gardens. Rooms at the Costa Vasca are bright and minimalist, with lots of natural light. good size bedroom and bathroom very close (walking distance) to La Concha bay and the old town.

Access off the motorway is excellent and it is easy to get back on to the motorway.There is secure underground parking.
