The location of the hotel was very good: across the river from the train station and in front of the bus stop from the airport, and less than 10 minutes walking from the Old Town or the Playa de la Concha. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

The hotel ambiance is very nice, the main area is picturesque and nice to have some drinks in. The staff is very helpful. All in all a very good hotel and very good value for money.

Excellent service, the rooms were waooo and specially the bathroom. The service at the counter and at the front desk. The restaurant was fantastic… Highly recomended
