The location was great: about 15 minutes on foot to the closest beach, with plenty of services in the neighbourhood (supermarket, local market, bakers, fruits/vegetables shops, bars/ restaurants, pharmacy, etc.), very close to the metro station (5 minuts on foot tops) and to other public transportation. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, really nicely decorated and very well equipped. Our host was extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment is really fully equipped, spacy, comfortable. The owner is super helpful with all messages and support provided via the app. Hard to find a better apartment overall.

The host was very nice, they allowed us access a little earlier, because we had an early morning flight. Picking up the keys was very easy. The apartment is very comfortable, especially if you are traveling with children, it has everything you need. We felt comfortable and safe. The area is quiet, and the access to both the beach and the center is very easy, the apartment being 50 m from the bus and metro stations. Even from the airport there is a direct metro that takes 40 minutes. There are shops and food nearby. Good value for money.

The Damia Bonet Residence Hall offers well-priced studios with private kitchen and bathroom close to Valencia University. They have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Great residence with cafeteria working for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also a nice game room and a gym, plus the laundry room. Excellent choice for long stay. The cleaning crew does amazing job cleaning the rooms 😊

We were super happy with the apartment as it's right next to a Mercadona and has a lovely restaurant just across the road. Our travel card allowed us to take the bus and metro which were both only 5 minutes away. We would also like to come back as Osito Hub told us there are some great free concerts in the Turia Park which was about a 20 minute walk. The apartment was comfortable and cosy.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Respectful and helpful communication. The apartment was exactly like from the pictures and cozy and clean. We are glad to have stayed there.
