This property was so elegant. Every corner of it was beautiful, intentional and aesthetically pleasing. It is probably one of the nicest and definitely the most calming hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had a hard time leaving. We ran into Ignacio, the hotel director, who got up from his meeting to say hello and chat with us. He was super gracious and welcoming, and it turns out his wife is the designer behind the hotel concept. She did a really wonderful job, this hotel should win awards. The rustic exposed 100 year old walls with the modern minimalist decor were the perfect pair. We loved everything about it!

They gave us a matrimonial bed like we wanted and had no problem with us serving cake at breakfast as it was my birthday. They were nice and polite and gave me a band aid when I needed it. Professional and kind. The rooms are Clean and the air-conditioned was on which was great since outside was freezing
