Big, fluffy towels and bathrobes (and bathmats that are *actual* bathmats and not only a slightly coarser hand towel). Nice rainfall shower.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. About 10 min walk from Victoria Station. Super to have Oatley oat milk to go with coffee. (It's the best brand). Wonderful toiletry products. Quiet. Excellent wifi. If flights of stairs are challenging for you, be sure to request a room on a lower level. One of us was elderly and the 3 floor climb was a bit much as there is no elevator.
