Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. The staff were amazing , so polite and helpful.The rooms were spotless, the bed was so comfortable. Location excellent, literally around the corner from my Sons flat . Super choice , would definitely stay there again .

All the staff are very kind & efficient. Cleaning ladies at 8th floor super nice & attentive. The location is simply great: secure area, just a few steps away from Hudson river and World Trade Center. Fully recommended, we will certainly choose it again.

The decor was lovely, the beds super comfortable, daily mineral water replacement and turn down service, very quiet for a Manhattan hotel, free wine hour 5-6 Tues, Weds and Thurs, easy to add Netflix and Apple to the tv
