We loved pretty much everything, especially sleeping with Freddy Mercury and the location was top notch. The beds were fabulously comfortable. The response to my call regarding the elevator breakdown was very rapid and the CV of communication by email was excellent. These things happen so we don't blame the hotel one bit. Unlike previous guests on the second floor, we had no noise nuisance issues from the Lobby Bar below.

Location was very good. Friendly manager (He let us store our luggage for a few hours after check out) Shared bathroom and toilet, but very clean.

All was good except Internet, sometimes its slow but night was quite, room was ok and location also nice.
