If you are introvert and need space to work while traveling in Hanoi, this is the place. Everything is clean and well organized there. They even have cute terrace on top floor to chill. It is located in the busiest street of Hanoi. But it is not that noisy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. We ended up getting a free upgrade to a bigger room. The cleanliness was right on spot and the breakfast really delicious and diverse. I’d love to stay here again.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Jack, who offered the kindest service to my parents. It was my first time to send my parents overseas without me, and he told me that he will take care of my parents from now on when I contacted him after their arrival at HAN airport(he actually DID). He continuously sent me the updates about my parents and recommended nice spots for them to enjoy. I have never seen such a kind and gentle person. My parents were so sad to leave the hotel after the check out, without saying good bye to him F2F(he was not at the front desk at that time, I believe). Regarding the hotel itself, my parents absolutely loved the hotel's breakfast and they sent me the beautiful pictures as they were immensely impressed.

Cozy room and very clean, the owner was so nice She wait for us and she do prepare our water and banana before we left.. would love to visit this place again

Boasting a terrace, Hanoi Calista Hotel is situated in the centre of Hanoi, 700 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral. This 4-star hotel offers an ATM and a tour desk. Especially the people who work at the hotel. Simply fantastic, they helped us with everything we needed in addition to being super friendly and speaking English very well. And the location is awesome.

Location is perfect as it’s 5 mins walk to all the good spots nearby be it the cathedral or the lake and all the speakeasy bars and cafes. Location is excellent if you want sightseeing. Staff is very kind and helpful. The room is clean and comfort.

Set in Hanoi and with Hanoi Old City Gate reachable within 600 metres, The West Hotel & Spa offers concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a... This was our second stay with The West Hotel & Spa. This time it was a quick overnight stay in a family room. Room was clean and a decent size. We had an early flight the next morning and the hotel was kind enough to arrange a simple take away breakfast so we can have at the airport.
