From the moment we arrived Giulio made sure everything was perfect. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house and the pictures do not do it justice. The breakfasts were excellent, rooms very clean with comfortable beds and the shared infinity pool area has amazing views. Highly recomend. One of our favorite places in italy and Giolio is an amazing host.

Everything at the property was amazing, the grounds, location, apartment itself was beautiful! With everything you’d need for a self-catering stay. The communication with the staff was amazing too, texting to ensure everything was in order. would definitely visit again!

Squeaky clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice facilities outside (playground, table football, bocce field). Daniele is an exceptional host, I wish we could stay longer here. The grounds around are beyond beautiful, view over the lake, endless orchards and olive groves.

Apartament (osobny bungalow) na uboczu, ale jednocześnie bardzo blisko węzła autostrady, niedaleko sklep typu supermarket, bardzo sympatyczni gospodarcze, śniadanie typowo włoskie z bardzo dobrą kawą. Ręczniki i pościel dostępne.

It's a nice accommodation in old Italian borough at the top of the hill above the Trasimeno Lake, close to the border between Toscana and Umbria. The old stone houses are well renovated, the views from the windows and from the terrace on the borough walls and from the pool are spectacular. The apartment was comfortable, in Italian way cosy and well equipped. You need a car to get there and to get to the closest cities and supermarkets/stores. At the feet of the hill there is however a really nice, stylish bar Ghiottoneria, were you can get fast walking down the stairs to have your delicious Italian breakfast in the morning, as well as some kind of supper in the evening, and some local delicacies too. And of course a good wine.

Ładnie urządzony, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Pyszna kolacja na świeżym powietrzu w pięknym otoczeniu. Właściciele gościnni, pomocni, dostępni i elastyczni. Mam nadzieję jeszcze wrócić:)

the view was heavenly…the location on the hillside. the facilities and the apartment was so wonderful and comfortable. we was so happy to meet the family. we shell come back again for sure
