Squeaky clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice facilities outside (playground, table football, bocce field). Daniele is an exceptional host, I wish we could stay longer here. The grounds around are beyond beautiful, view over the lake, endless orchards and olive groves.

We had some relaxing days at I Capricci Di Merion, the staff was very friendly and did everything to make our stay a succes. Good food, top facilities and clean.

It's a nice accommodation in old Italian borough at the top of the hill above the Trasimeno Lake, close to the border between Toscana and Umbria. The old stone houses are well renovated, the views from the windows and from the terrace on the borough walls and from the pool are spectacular. The apartment was comfortable, in Italian way cosy and well equipped. You need a car to get there and to get to the closest cities and supermarkets/stores. At the feet of the hill there is however a really nice, stylish bar Ghiottoneria, were you can get fast walking down the stairs to have your delicious Italian breakfast in the morning, as well as some kind of supper in the evening, and some local delicacies too. And of course a good wine.

Surrounded by hills and forest and olive groves, with a short walk for lake Trasimeno view, it's hard to top the surroundings of our room. simply beautiful. The room itself was also lovely, very clean and "high endy". everything was very thought of, and came together very nicely. The owners are such nice people, very pleasant and very responsive. overall just a lovely stay. highly recommended!

We were welcomed so graciously and kindly! A little extra surprise and special touch was wine and chocolate waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment itself was very well stocked and even nicer than the photos. The view was the absolute best part - beyond our expectations! We had an incredible stay!
