The location of the house is excellent for those who want to visit Mont Saint Michel and the beaches of Normandy D-Day. The house is very typical Normandy and very welcoming and familiar. The breakfast is very good with everything traditional from the region, from butter to sweets and even bread. Sabine and her husband welcomed us fantastically. The Portuguese breed dog from Serra da Estrela is the best. When we come back we will stay here again. Highly recommended.

It was a fairy-tale trip to the French countryside. It was more than chasing Mont Saint Michèle. It was a fantastic experience of living in the restored manor house, tasting local delights and waking up with a rooster. Although, it's a tricky thing to get there without a car (and it's better to order a taxi in advance), the owners kindly met us at the station. Moreover, thanks to Tatiana, we managed to get to Mont Saint Michèle in time, before la mére basse, and passed wonderful time in the Abbey. Amasing hospitality of Tatiana and Thibault make our trip unforgettable.

Breakfast was OK but not as good as the normal continental breakfasts. The location was difficult to find as your map should it on the D77 but it is on the D154, 800m down the road.
