Everything was super clean and tidy. I really like the closeness of animals like cute fallow deers and that they don't fear people. All in all I really recommend this place for nature enthusiastic, relaxed people.

Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned mobile home is comprised of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a hairdryer. Amazing tiny home in an awesome quiet, peaceful and elevated location with spectacular views down Akaroa harbour. 15 min drive into Akaroa but the tranquil peaceful location is magic. Accomodation is on a lavender farm and there are walking trails and full access to the rows of lavender. Lyn and Malcolm were exceptional hosts! Very friendly, kind and at tentative to our needs. Make sure to purchase some pacific blue lavender essential oil! Nice touches in the tiny house - with cushions that showcase the indigenous pigeons the place is named after and lavender water spray. Note that the toilet is a cassette toilet - this was not a problem for us - but it may be a surprise to others

This Caravan offers access to the communal kitchen which is equipped with microwaves, ovens, kettles and toasters as well as cooking equipment. That night when I check in was very cold, I felt warm hearted when I enter the room and the heater was turned on.

Bruce was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed and at home! Loved staying here and will definitely come back and visit when we are in Christchurch!
