The owner of the house is a really nice lady. She doesn't speak English, but she knows how to use google translator, so I can tell she is friendly and nice.

The owners were outstanding in their delivery of first class respectful and friendly service. The room was classy, very clean and the food was excellent. We would confirm /agree with others who’ve given Goiko-Benta Ostatua an exceptional review. It is a delightfully interesting & well kept historic basque family Ostatua in an outstanding location above the remarkable Arantzazu sanctuary. The paths up to the mountain pastures pass the front door. Food service accommodation & facilities were superb, but the place has something magical above all.
