A wonderful breakfast, the people were fantastic, limited English spoken in the town, though this was a plus as everyone tried very hard to accommodate, we laughed on both side at the interpretations, and everything turned out fantastic. A very small town but a must visit. We will remember the stay forever.

Unique and genuine experience of staying in a medieval tower (built in the 1200s). Beautifully renovated, with great attention to detail. The proprietor, Angela, is a very talented artist who specializes in medieval art and pottery. The rooms are spacious and modern with all the amenities - big, comfortable beds, refrigerator in the room. A quiet and restful place. The rooftop can be accessed for a nice view of the village and its surroundings. There is a bar - Veronicas - around the corner where you can sit outside and enjoy a beer or a Rioja wine. In the next village - Castañeros - there are 3-4 bars and restaurants (it‘s a 15 min walk to get there or a 3 min drive). This hotel is in a perfect location for venturing out to see other places of interest in the region and return to in the evening. Highly recommended.

arrived early so had to wait 10 minutes for room, gave me a complimentary drink. lively and friendly place. room spotless with bath. great location.

The room was beautiful just as advertised in an old refurbished and comfortable building. It was conveniently located next to the old town and Camino but also close to all amenities. The staff were amazing!! We needed to stay an extra night to have a rest day and they were so accommodating.

The lady managing the property went out of het way to help us. Should we ever pass again we will stay over!
