Chose El Pilar for the location and pet policy (dogs allowed). Upon my arrival I was delighted to find a very charming well presented hostal. My single room was simple and perfectly clean with a window to a pedestrianised side street and it's own small bathroom. One has to be grateful that places like this still exist for the budget-conscious traveler because one day they won't.
