The receptionist Jose (i hope i got his name correctly) is exceptionally caring & sweet. He knows i was tired & coughed a lot, he has offered me a glass of honey water to cool me down. Very helpful in given direction & location. I didn't have a meal reservation in nearby restaurant (the only ONE in town), i bought instant noodle & instant hot soup for dinner. Plus, Jose has advised for hotel breakfast. I have a full breakfast, variety choice. If not for his advise, i might walking in empty stomach. The next stop was more that 6/7 km. Very important, they have the most comfortable bed with 2 pillows!!!

just as others say - while not on Camino was an easy detour and charming host shows you how to get back on Camino without backtracking. absolutely loved this adorable Pension. so welcoming and comfortable. especially loved that a lovely self serve breakfast was available at any time - extremely attractive for pilgrims who want to get an early start. We enjoyed having a picnic dinner in the garden. Highly recommend

Great location in the wine country of Rioja. Easy to get to other cities. Owner was great. Restaurant was very good and inexpensive. Very helpful. Extremely nice and clean and quiet.
