During my recent stay at Hostal Neptuno in Peguera, Mallorca, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value offered by this small hotel. Although it is referred to as a hostel, it is, in fact, a fully-fledged hotel that offers a delightful experience. Here's why I highly recommend this hidden gem by the beach. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was. The hotel managed to create a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and unwind without the disturbance of outside noise. This tranquility made for a truly restful experience, which is often a challenge in such popular tourist destinations. While the breakfast provided was not something to boast about, it did offer a decent variety with generous portions.

Tracte genial per part del matrimoni que gestiona l'hostal. Molt tranquil, prop del bulevard i d'un pàrquing públic on es pot deixar el cotxe sense pagar. Esmorzar molt flexible i fet al moment. Es nota que fa temps que fan l'ofici.

Fantastic staff. Super nice family business, great common spaces, overall environment, location and pool. Breakfast is also truly good! Easy free parking around the corner. 10/10 value for money.

After spending some days in the tourist factories in Arenal, it was super nice to arrive at this more personal hotel with no "scams" of charging extra for A/C, internet, safety box etc. Single room was spacious enough to have your suitcase and still be able to move freely around. - Very nice Scandinavian style bathroom.

Everything was perfect! Patrick is a great host, his place is in beautiful location in little valley with view on the mountains. The room was clean and charming :) Dinner that was offered by Patrick and prepared by him and his wife was our the best dining experience on Mallorca ♡
